How do I make an order?
Select the items to purchase, and click “Add to Cart”. Shopping Cart will be updated with the total products selected, you will need to sign in your account and proceed with the checkout.
After key-in discount code (if applicable), proceed to checkout and make payment via iPay88 portal. Once the payment is successful, you will receive an email from us regarding your order is received.
Must I register an account?
Yes. This is to ensure your personal data and shipping details recorded properly for our issuance of tax invoice and shipping consignment notes.

When would I be required to enter Voucher Code?
Vouchers code will be sent to our registered users via email when there is promotion. If you receive such emails, please enter before you complete your checkout process to get discounts/promotions.
How do I make payment?
You can make payment via online banking (listing of the online banking available) or credit card through iPay88 payment portal which is available for selection during checkout.
West Malaysia – Free with purchase of any products for PosLaju.
East Malaysia – RM10.00 for PosLaju. Free shipping is entitled for purchase above RM300.00 in a single receipt.
When can I receive my purchase?
We understand most of our customers are looking for best experience in online shopping. Hence, our company aims to delivery within the period of 1-3 working days under normal circumstances (except under circumstances that is unable to control, such as courier service delay, emergency out of stock, etc).
The dispatch of goods from warehouse will be at 4:00 P.M. of working days, all orders with payment received before the timing will be process and delivered on same day. For the orders with payment completed after 4:00 P.M, it will be delivered on next working day.
How can I track the status of my order?
For every status update, there will be an email being sent to you. Order Received/Processing > Payment Received > Order Completed with tracking number for PosLaju.
Can I self-collect my purchase?
Yes, you may arrange for self-collect of your purchased products at Caroline Experience Centre, located at Icon City, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Please state “Self-Collect” in the “Remarks” box of your online order, and contact 012-310 9943 for the arrangement of collection.
Yes! With every parcel you received from us, there will be samples included. If there’s any particular products you would like to try, please email us your wish list at email@example.com or WhatsApp 012-310 9943.
How do I return an item?
We want to feel worthy for every cents you’ve spent with our products. If you’d like to return or exchange an item, we will assist you with our best effort.
- Returns must be due to valid reasons: damage during shipments or wrong item/type/shade/etc.
- Returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.
- Damaged items must be returned together with original box and receipt, the shipping fee that will be refund is RM5.00 (maximum).
- Item bought during promotional events are not accepted for return and exchange.
- It will take minimum 14 working days from date of returned goods received to process.
- Returned items value will be credited to you account, it can be use to purchase other products. No refund in cash/monetary term is allowed.
